"Personal Data" is any data that identifies you. The Personal Data which you supply to us you agree will be true, complete and accurate in all
respects and you agree to notify us immediately of any changes to that. We will deal with your Personal Data in compliance with the current
UK data protection legislation. Please note this applies only to www.uk-carnivals.co.uk not to other companies' or organisations' websites to which
we link. Personal Data will be collected, processed and used by UK-Carnivals only for the purposes of providing www.uk-carnivals.co.uk services to
you and will not be supplied to any third party of any description.
FINANCIAL DATA
None of the financial information collected by us can be used to obtain funds from you or to positively identify you.
In respect of organisations or individuals placing an event listing with us, we request only sufficient data to be able to send or transmit funds TO you.
In respect of advertisers we do not collect ANY financial information from you. Payments are made electronically via a third-party (PayPal) and occasionally we offer postal payment options in which case you will send to us a crossed cheque.
COOKIES
We do NOT use cookies on this site.
COMMUNICATION
We only send emails to you in respect of your listing. We may, from time to time, send you emails announcing new features of possible interest to you but we expect to transition this to an opt-in RSS based service during late 2008.
